HDV Average Emissions
The new UK heavy duty vehicle CO2 emissions regulations came into force as of 1 January 2021.
Two Statutory Instruments (SIs) are currently in force alongside the retained EU Regulations – SI 2019/846 and SI 2020/1402.
The VCA is the nominated enforcement body for the above regulations.
