Five Statutory Instruments (SI’s) are currently in force alongside the retained EU Regulations – SI 2019/846, SI 2020/1402, SI 2025 No. 367 , SI 2025 No. 794 and SI 2022 No. 1361.
The VCA is the nominated enforcement body for the above regulations.
