VCA Europe S.r.l. has its base in Italy and aims to provide class leading type approval testing and inspection services to EU and UNECE standards. VCA Europe S.r.l. is an appointed technical service in its own right for most new on and off road vehicles to Sweden (e5/E5), the Netherlands (e4/E4) and the UK (E11).

From 12 January 2026, the admin fees charged for E11 Approvals will be the following.
• Technical Service (VCAE) admin fee: 320€/job
• Type Approval Authority (VCA) fees will also be charged as per price list available on the Approval Fees page
Type Approval enquiries and applications for all schemes must now be made through our self-service portal.
