Type Approval enquiries and applications for all schemes must now be made through our self-service portal. 

Essential maintenance – there will be a portal outage on

On this page you can:

Register your organisation for a VCA Europe S.r.l. portal account for the first time
Login to the VCA Europe S.r.l. portal to review the status of an existing application.​
Login to the VCA Europe S.r.l. portal to submit a new application for EU Type Approval(s).
(Registration is required if you have not used our portal service previously.)
Login to the VCA Europe S.r.l. to submit a new application for UNECE Type Approval and/or Provisional Type Approval(s).
(Registration is required if you have not used our portal service previously.)​
Use portal sign-in to:
Apply for EU Type Approval(s) and/or Provisional Type Approval(s).
Review the status of your organisation’s existing Type Approval and Provisional Type Approval application(s)

Use portal registration to:
Apply for a VCA Europe S.r.l. portal account for your organisation for the first time (registration is required for each invoicing account)
Login details are issued via email pending account registration approvaIf your supplied details are confirmed and accepted, you will receive an email notification to the supplied email address which applied for the account. This will provide an invite code for you to continue with your registration.
