Please note that enquiries to VCA are dealt with in the order that they are received, so the time it takes to respond will depend both on the current volume of enquiries and the availability of suitable staff to answer each enquiry. This is especially relevant to questions requiring a technical input. In all cases therefore, please allow up to 20 days for a response.
To avoid unnecessary delays in your receiving a response, we strongly recommend that you check that your request is one which VCA is able to answer. For example, VCA regularly receives requests for support with vehicle registration and driving license queries which may only be answered by our sister Agency the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).
