​Our procurement branch ensures that the agency secures the best value for money in all its purchases and is compliant with UK government regulations. 

How we buy

Our tender process has changed, and you will be required to register on the Department for Transport (DfT) Jaggaer portal to view tender documentation and submit a bid.

Full instructions on how a tender should be submitted will be included in each tender pack. 

VCA policy is to utilise Crown Commercial Service framework agreements where appropriate and where no established framework exists or the requirement is specialised our policy is to advertise all procurement opportunities via: 

• Contracts Finder  where the value of the procurement opportunity is above £12,000 including VAT

• Find a Tender service (FTS) where the value of the procurement opportunity is above procurement thresholds
