How it works?

Meet our Apprentices

Have a look below to see what our current apprentices have to say!

Olly

My favourite aspect of my apprenticeship is that I’m in the driving seat; there is great flexibility to seek out exciting learning opportunities beyond the classroom, in a dynamic way that works for me alongside my professional and personal commitments.

    Propulsion Technology Group Engineer

    Iram

I didn’t want to go university full time and I really wanted to start working, so the apprenticeship route was the best option for me. My favourite part of doing this apprenticeship is that I didn’t just get to learn about operational delivery, but also learn a lot of life skills that will help me in the future.

      Iram

      Certification Administrative Officer

      Meet Olly

Meet Olly, our Propulsion Technologies Group Engineer, currently completing an apprenticeship at the VCA for his Level 6 Electromechanical Engineering with the University of Warwick.
