eCoC Portal Training Webinars – Register Now 

To support the launch of the VCA’s new Electronic Certificate of Conformity (eCoC) submission system, we are running a series of training webinars. 

These sessions will provide a practical walkthrough of the eCoC Portal, covering how to submit eCoCs and manage user accounts.

• Overview of the eCoC Portal 
• Submitting eCoC data 
• Managing users and access 
• Key system functionality 

The focus is on using the portal. API-based submissions are covered separately in published guidance.

• Tuesday 16 June 2026, 14:30–15:30 – REGISTER ONLINE 
• Thursday 25 June 2026, 13:00–14:00 – REGISTER ONLINE
• Wednesday 1 July 2026, 12:30–13:30 – REGISTER ONLINE 

Please note – All sessions cover the same content, there is no need to register for multiple sessions.

The webinars will be delivered by VCA’s digital training team, with time for questions. A recorded session will also be published on the VCA website.
